Xs is a little bigger than expected, especially the sleeve width but overall nice material and nice shirt. I'm 5'3" about 120 lbs.

I love this for winter! The sleeves could be a little tighter, so that when you're working with a client, it's not touching them. I am 5'3" 130lbs and I purchased a small. Fits perfect other than a little big around the wrist area. Very flattering under scrubs!
