This top is 100% cotton, but the fabric is a little thicker so if you don't leave it in the dryer too long and use a warm/med heat setting, it won't shrink much and it comes out looking good enough to wear without ironing. Soft, comfortable fabric that's not too snug around the hips. I ordered large and I usually wear medium because it will shrink a little. Large was perfect.
